- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed is best)
- 1 tsp. JAVA RUB GREEK ISLE
- ¼ cup feta cheese (finely crumbled)
Whisk together all ingredients.
You may need to add a bit of sea salt depending on your taste.
Toss with lettuce and enjoy!
Adding garbanzo beans and Kalamata olives to your salad is delicious too.
