California Dreamin' is my "Ode to California" where I spent my first 37 years and developed a deep love of "Californian Mexican Food"...I consider it to be the most authentic Mexican food :-) this JAVA RUB, our 19th and my "lucky number", can be used on poultry, beef, lamb, pork, and fish (we especially enjoy it on swordfish, mahimahi and halibut). This blend is crafted with our Mexican Chiapas coffee, chili peppers, cumin, garlic, onion, paprika and our Seneca Salt.
