Green Curry Lentil Soup
The chilly weather lingers on, but this soup brings the brightness
of the pending Spring right into the bowl. A savory green curry base,
coconut milk, lentils, sweet yams and baby spinach. So good! We'll be
sending you home with 2 bowls of soup and crusty bread from our friends
at the Blue Heron Bakery.

Brian's "Almost Famous" Smoked Chicken Wings
These wings are so yummy, it's hard to put it into words!
Big meaty chicken wings are JAVA BRINED overnight and then, slowly
smoked with apple wood until tender and "javalicious". And, rather than
being dusted with a JAVA RUB, he's perfected a delicious, Asian
inspired glaze (I was the "guinea pig" and it's amazing) that he adds near the end of the smoking process. Reheat at home...not your average wing :-)

Nothing better on a chilly Spring Day! Brian is the king of chili...or so many
customers say :-) Organic, grass fed beef and pork, 3 beans, tomatoes, onions, peppers and the perfect spice...super savory, but not too hot. Served with tortilla chips.

A favorite year round! Normally, we serve "2" with a side.
Cheesy, crispy deliciousness! Great as an appetizer or meal.
On this menu, there will be 4 in a box, frozen. Bake what you need.
