We've aged our certified organic, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Peaberry green beans in a Local, Krooked Tusker Bourbon Barrel for 3 months. The green beans have a "boozy aroma" After a small batch, air cooled, light to medium roast the beans still have the aroma of a fine bourbon. It's pretty amazing. The taste is delightful: smooth and slightly smokey with notes of vanilla and honey. Truly unique and a special treat for coffee or bourbon lovers! We are excited about our local partnership with Krooked Tusker here on Keuka Lake. They also produce a coffee-infused vodka using our freshly roasted Natural Brazil coffee beans! Check it out :-)
