The addition of Matcha Green Tea adds an antioxidant super power, cancer figher and fat burner to this culinary flake salt.  Matcha, the traditional Japanese ceremonial tea, is unique because is uses the entire tea leaf which is carefully cultivated under bamboo screens to increase the levels of chlorophyll and amino acids prior to harvest. The leaves are then steamed, air-dried, de-veined and stone ground into powder.
