New England Lobster Lunch August 22nd & 23rd....
Good Morning from Maine!
We are getting ready for a special Lobster Event on August 22nd & 23rd. We are going to change things up and do "our spin" on a New England style Lobster Lunch/Dinner. The menu will highlight lobster in its purest form and the seasonal bounty that we have this time of year. A true ocean to farm to table experience! The menu will include skewered lobster meat from 1 whole lobster slightly warmed in farm fresh butter and served with lemon. Also on the menu, local corn, baby rainbow parsley potatoes and our "secret family recipe" coleslaw. We hope that you can join us for a delicious event!
We will also be featuring a fabulous wine from Northwest Spain. The Nora Albarino which is a perfect pairing for this menu: bright citrus, white floral aromas and a balanced mineral palate.
Our Lobster Event will be: Saturday, August 22nd & Sunday, August 23rd, This is a great way to celebrate the last month of summer on the horizon.
