JAVA SOAK

"The Original Coffee Marinade

JAVA SOAK is a coffee-based marinade which can be used on all types of meats, fish, and poultry. It is made from only the finest natural ingredients starting with our freshly ground Colombian Supremo coffee. The JAVA SOAK has an olive oil and red wine vinegar base and lots of freshly minced garlic and the perfect blend of other herbs and spices along with a dash of Kosher Salt. ALL NATURAL! We use no preservatives or emulsifiers.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

  • When using as a marinade, use sparingly. We suggest putting your meat or fish in a ziploc bag and using just enough marinade to coat the food.
  • "JAVA SOAK" enhances the natural flavor of the meat and produces a smoky characteristic, but you don't taste "coffee".
  • Marinade 8 to 48 hours for best flavor and tenderizing!
  • Great on chicken, turkey, venison, London Broil, pork tenderloin, swordfish, mahi-mahi, salmon, and Shish- Kebobs.
  • Use to baste vegetables when grilling

JAVA YAKI

"The Original Coffee Teriyaki Sauce

JAVA YAKI  is an organic coffee-based teriyaki sauce with soy sauce, rice wine 
vinegar, fresh orange zest, minced garlic, sugar, and spices.  The coffee brings out a richness to this teriyaki sauce that is delicious.

We suggest marinating in a ziploc bag. Meats should marinade 8-12 hours and fish 1- 2 hours for best flavor. Grill, roast, or broil as desired.

JAVA YAKI makes a terrific stir fry sauce as well!

As always, JAVA YAKI is our own recipe that we manufacture locally in small batches.  We use only natural ingredients. We never use preservatives or 
emulsifiers! We are sure you will taste the difference!


JAVA SAUCE

“The Original Italian Espresso Barbeque Sauce From Keuka Lake Coffee Roasters”

JAVA SAUCE is a sweet yet tangy barbeque-style sauce with a little "zing" at the finish. JAVA SAUCE starts with our freshly brewed Italian Espresso and freshly ground Italian Espresso as well.  The base of the sauce is molasses producing a sweet and distinctive flavor. We also add a variety of herbs and spices. some freshly minced garlic, and a dash of Kosher salt. The result a different and delicious barbeque sauce! All NATURAL! No preservatives or emulsifiers.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

  • "JAVA SAUCE" enhances the natural flavor of the meat and produces a smoky characteristic, you may taste a little of the "espresso" flavor, but it's not overpowering.
  • Great on any meat or fish that you would use a barbecue sauce on.  Baste as you cook or use to dip in at the table.
  • When entertaining, warm up your cocktail meatballs or franks in our new "JAVA SAUCE". The sweet and tangy flavors will have your guests coming back for more.

JAVA-ONE

Inspired by the fantastic wines of the Finger Lakes, JAVA-ONE is a marriage of the coffee bean and the grape. Using our freshly roasted and brewed Kenyan AA coffee and raisin paste we have created a delicious sauce which is perfect when served for dipping, basting or marinating with any type of meat, especially steaks and chops.

 

JAVA-ONE is a savory seasoning with a robust blend of spices and natural ingredients including tomato paste, molasses, and soy sauce. And, like all of our products, it is All Natural, gluten and MSG free.

JAVA-ONE can be used as a marinade by whisking together equal parts of the JAVA-ONE sauce and brewed coffee.  we suggest marinating in ziploc bags and 1/2 cup of sauce and coffee should be perfect for 4-6 servings.  We've tried this marinade on steaks, chops, chicken and salmon with excellent results!

JAVA-ONE also creates an interesting and delicious flavor when used in stews, sauces and casseroles.
